I am an author-illustrator from the Pacific Northwest who regularly wrangles four wildebeests (twins plus two) and two cats.

Yes, faith pray is actually my name, by marriage happenstance.

I’m passionate about books, literacy and rainstorms. My coffee cup is half-full.

In 2013, I survived a stroke and surgery to patch a hole in my heart. after that, I struggled to find myself as a writer again, so I started making art. i am over the moon thankful that six years later i get to be an author and illustrator of children’s books.

My wand of choice is pencil, finished in variations of watercolor, colored pencils, and digital magic.
